Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Cooling-off period
You can request a full refund within 7 days of payment if your mailboxes have not yet been provisioned. Email [email protected] with your order reference.
2. Service not working
If your mailboxes are provisioned but do not work as described, and we are unable to fix the issue within 5 business days, you get a full refund for that billing period.
3. After provisioning has started
Once your mailboxes are live and working, monthly plans are non-refundable for the current period. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal.
4. Domain registration fees
Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable. Once a .ng or .com domain is registered in your name, the registry does not reverse the transaction. This includes cases where you later decide not to use the domain.
5. What is not refundable
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- Custom setup work requested by you (migrations from custom systems, scripted mailbox creation, etc.)
- Service after the cooling-off period, on a working account
- Accounts terminated for spam, abuse, or violation of the Terms of Service
6. How refunds are processed
- Paystack: refunded to the original card or bank account. Usually 3 to 7 business days.
- Cryptomus: refunded in the original cryptocurrency. Network fees are your responsibility. Timing depends on the network.
7. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your order reference (starts with WM-)
- The reason for the refund
- The email address you used to pay
We respond within 2 business days.
8. Partial refunds
If you cancel mid-period on an annual plan that has already been provisioned and is working, we will refund the unused months minus one month for administrative cost. Annual plans only.
9. Disputes
If we decline your refund and you disagree, email [email protected] with "Refund dispute" in the subject. A different person on our team will review.
